Campaign Conditions

Expolândia reserves the right to carry out promotions and/or other promotional campaigns on dates that it deems relevant, and may change the dates and products thereof whenever it deems necessary.

During these periods there may be delays in the dispatch of orders. You can check its status in your Client area. If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 15 days, please contact us by e-mail [email protected].

Expolândia shall not be held responsible for any stock breaks, pledging to inform the user via e-mail and, if desired, to refund the amount actually paid, within a maximum period of 30 days.

Expolândia shall not be held responsible when the user previously purchases some of the products that may be part of a campaign at a higher price.

Payments for orders within campaigns must be made within a maximum period of 12 hours after placing the order. Except specific conditions.

The duration and discount percentage of the promotions will be communicated before and during the promotion period.
